Can we not find a common ground where the right to life and women's rights coexist? Supporting policies that make abortions less necessary through comprehensive sex education, accessible contraception, and social support doesn't mean endorsing abortion but reducing its incidence through prevention rather than prohibition.

By saying it should be "legal," you're still endorsing it. We need laws reflecting God's law, not compromising for political gain.

Laws should reflect human rights, not religious doctrines. Women's bodily autonomy isn't up for political debate.

Compassion should not lead to the murder of the unborn. It's not just about reducing abortions but about the principle. We can support mothers in other ways without endorsing abortion.

Exactly, there are ways to show mercy and support to women without legalizing what we see as the taking of life. Adoption, better social services, these are solutions within the moral framework.

The problem with both of your views is the inherent assumption that women's roles are defined by their potential for motherhood. Women are not just vessels for life; they are individuals with rights. "Rare" suggests there's still something inherently wrong with choosing abortion, which continues the patriarchal control over women's decisions.

Saying "safe, legal, and rare" still implies a stigma. We should embrace abortion as a fundamental right without any caveats or apologies. It's about control over our own bodies, period.
