A senior Hamas commander in Lebanon, Fateh Sherif Abu el-Amin, was killed in an Israeli airstrike.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) confirmed that Sherif had been an employee but was placed on administrative leave in March after allegations of his ties to Hamas surfaced. UNRWA's chief denied prior knowledge of Sherif's leadership role within Hamas. The incident has raised tensions between Israel and the UN agency, with calls for international scrutiny of UNRWA's operations.
Sherif's death occurred alongside several family members in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre.

This just proves what we’ve been saying for years—UNRWA has been turning a blind eye to Hamas operatives within its ranks. How can anyone trust an organization that's supposed to be neutral when its employees are literally leading terror groups? Israel has every right to defend itself when international bodies fail to do their part.
