This lawsuit is just another overreach by Texas officials trying to control personal healthcare decisions

Austin is simply trying to help residents access essential services that the state has severely restricted. It's ridiculous that taxpayer funds can't be used to support reproductive rights, but they can be used to file lawsuits like this.
