It’s about time the governments started working together to tackle the NHS backlog, but let’s not forget this mess is largely due to years of mismanagement and lack of proper reform. Throwing more money at the problem without real structural changes won’t fix the inefficiencies. We need to cut the bureaucracy, encourage private sector involvement, and give patients more choice in their treatments. Hopefully, this partnership leads to real results, but I’m skeptical until I see actual improvements.
