The delay because of the legal tangle with RFK Jr.'s ruling just adds unnecessary barriers to voting. Over 166,000 voters were left in limbo, and that's not what democracy looks like. I'm relieved to hear that the State Board of Elections is finally moving forward with distributing the ballots. It's essential that everyone has the opportunity to vote without these kinds of obstacles getting in the way.
