How does it help define and end game?

It seems to me like we are now being edged by proxy into a war with Russia. Which doesn’t sit well with being a “brilliant move”.

So what do you propose Ukraine does. Sit there and let themselves be f..d by the Russians??

I'm amazed how you supporters of unlimited help to Ukraine are not at all worried about Nato being involved in an outright war with Russia. I understand that it is possible to weigh these issues in different ways. But I really don't see that one needs to be a "Kremlin troll" to think that: a) NATO countries should be very worried about getting dragged into a direct military confrontation with Russia, and b) Ukraine has incentives to take actions intended to bring about such a military confrontation.
