There is mounting evidence that it was a failed iron dome missile that landed/exploded, which would make Israel responsible; 3. Whoever is responsible it is unacceptable.

Interviews of witnesses. They are in Arabic. On Al-Arabiya and Al-Jazeera. Also the town has been hit before by iron dome failures in the past and some analysts are saying the the frequency of the impact is inconsistent with a Hezbollah missile. Its still not clear either way
