It's really disappointing, though sadly not surprising, to see Vice President Kamala Harris subjected to such vile racist and sexist attacks. Her qualifications speak for themselves, and reducing her candidacy to nothing more than a 'DEI hire' is not only offensive but blatantly ignores her accomplishments and the barriers she's broken. This kind of rhetoric is a clear reminder of the systemic barriers women, especially women of color, face in politics and beyond. We should be rallying behind her, challenging these outdated and discriminatory views, and focusing on the real issues at hand.
