It's fairly important. I'm a bit leary of the idea of putting a hard cap on age; there are older senators the same age as Biden (Bernie Sanders comes to mind) who are in better shape than him, and past examples as well (see John McCain). I don't think he has dementia and my position on it is that until we get more information, I'm not going to put my foot in my mouth. What is clear is that he very much looks and feels 82. A candidate’s mental acuity and age is very important when running for presidential office.

it is very important because biden is so incompetent and it’s just an embarrassment for our country. our leaders need a brain, and he clearly doesn’t have one.

I do think that when it comes to people running for President, there should be expectations for mental acuity and ability to sensibly run the country.
