Age is definitely something we should talk about, but it's important we don't get stuck on it

We need leaders who not only bring experience but also are in touch with the evolving challenges and values of younger generations. It's all about balance, right? Fresh ideas and energy are just as valuable as wisdom and experience, and finding leaders who can bridge that gap is what will really move us forward.
