Nobody is perfect and in spite of the laws and procedures sometimes people make mistakes

One error can dismiss all the good a person has done is common but sadly still a form of bias or prejudice the person is condemned with for life so as for the deceased, I think such oversights or lack of correct judgment should not impact the good they've done.
