Let me explain this

Hezbollah launched 4,000 rockets, missiles and drones at Israel. Then Iran says that any Israeli response will bring Iran into the war, re-writing the equation...then Iran speaks to the US...the US tells Israel not to respond...and Israel's leadership sleep walks into yet another trap...letting Iran now basically run northern Israel in a "campaign between the wars" inside Israel...so quietly Israel is now deterred
