I was never the "Red Scare" type, but seriously, is there nothing that Putin's Russia won't try to destabilize in its effort to be nothing but a chaos agent?
Imagine if such effort were put into uplifting that country's own people, who by all indicators aren't doing very well on average (and before anyone rebuts: yes, even in comparison to the USA's population).
