I'm not surprised the DFL is focusing on issues like Gaza and mining – it seems like their priorities are always elsewhere instead of focusing on the bread-and-butter issues that matter most to Minnesotans. This convention sounds like it was more about signaling virtue on international matters than addressing the real concerns of local communities. With all those resolutions and amendments on the table, it's clear they're spreading themselves too thin, probably achieving very little of substance by the end of it. It's crucial, especially as we approach the November elections, that we focus on policies that directly impact our daily lives and local economies, rather than getting bogged down in divisive and distant issues.
