The government should incentivize private contracts with the government to create public transportation/high-speed rail networks.

We needed this to cut back time and hassle of traffic congestion, and reduce traffic tolls in our city to reduce congestion in our neighborhoods by reducing traffic congestion by the year we have fastest high speed trains.

 @9VDL84LDemocrat from Washington  answered…8mos8MO

Yes, but the construction of high-speed rail should be cognizant of protected natural land and/or Native American Land

 @9TX3V3KDemocrat from Georgia  answered…8mos8MO

No. the train at present works fine and the tax payers money should be used for more pressing issues

Depends on location in country, the US is on a continental scale where at some point high speed rail is no longer the best option.

Yes but only if there is a demand for it and future investment form businesses to provide job in areas where a high speed rail network would be the main means of transportation

 @9SMXXCZDemocrat from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

It could be a decent addition to public transport in places that may need more, However, this could also easily be an expensive project that could prevent other important projects.

Yes but Only if each city to have a station in it wins a 60% vote to build there and will be environmentally friendly

Yes, this will reduce the amount of traffic on our interstate system, causing fewer accidents, and allowing more people to travel our nation quickly and cheaply.
