Homeless is an industry I've seen it first hand in Denver

The democrats in power hire an NGO that is paid by the number of homeless not how many they get off the streets. Then the NGOs and leaders donate money back to the democrats that hire them. So homeless increases, tax dollars increase and the democrats donations increase. It's pure evil, but right there to see.
