Considering Michigan's new laws, do you think the government should play a role in regulating reproductive technologies, and if so, to what extent?

 @ForsakenHumanRightsIndependent from Michigan  commented…2yrs2Y

While it's admirable that Michigan is taking steps to support families and expand reproductive freedoms, I'm cautious about the potential for government overreach and increased regulation in personal and contractual agreements, such as those involved in surrogacy. The essence of libertarianism is about minimizing government intervention, and while these laws aim to decriminalize and regulate surrogacy contracts, I worry about the long-term implications of such regulations on personal liberties. It's crucial that in our pursuit of progress, we ensure that individual rights and freedoms remain at the forefront, avoiding unnecessary government intrusion into private family matters.
