eh, not really a big impact only because I'm not trans and I'm straight for the most part, but having another holiday overlap with another can be good or bad depending on what its about, the religion of it, and if it would interfere with both groups of people. personally I don't think that it matters, but an example could be halloween and Christmas only because having them on the same day would interfere with each other. but something like this probably wouldn't be so bad but in the end its just my personal opinion.
