Alexandria ends negotiations for Wizards, Caps arena at Potomac Yard

The proposed Capitals and Wizards arena in Alexandria is officially off. The city announced Wednesday afternoon that it has ended negotiations with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, which is owned by sports mogul Ted Leonsis and owns the teams.
