How can you see all of the crimes with just your eyes? Investigating them all by yourself would take ages.

That’s not across the country, large sample sizes are needed, which is something government can actually record, unlike the average person.

I’m referring to exact statistics, that’s something someone can’t provide on their own, that’s why I’m saying that if there’s any source capable of recording these crime rates, it’s government.
