Hard to maintain order when you’re out of shape and were never trained properly. Putting people in jobs that they are not qualified to perform. It is like hiring a 350 pound jockey to bring home the triple crown.
As a former MP, I too saw all you wrote. That female cop was totally worthless. Plus all of them were fat. Go to the gym after shift and work out and do mat time with someone who knows any grappling techniques. I did all that when I was an MP.
