The Supreme Court should decide in favor of Trump because his Constitutional rights to a presumption of innocence and due process were flagrantly violated by Colorado and Maine.

If the Supreme Court decides AGAINST Trump, look for red states to remove Joe Biden from their ballots for his intentional violations of U.S. immigration laws!

 @PleasedTaxationDemocrat from Mississippi commented…4mos4MO

Presumption of innocence and due process are only relevant in matters of civil and criminal law. Your constitution’s disqualification of Trump is a matter of constitutional law, so those factors do not apply.

The Colorado Supreme Court asserts that Trump violated his oath to our constitution. That makes his disqualification under it a matter of constitutional law.

Nothing says “saving democracy” like throwing your opponents off the ballot—including Joe’s Democratic challengers in Florida and North Carolina. Aside from setting a truly dangerous and ill-conceived precedent, the hypocrisy is breathtaking to behold. Sadly, the media is allowing “democracy to die in darkness.”

The attacks on the former President are only a part of an ongoing plan. Who gave $150 billion to Iran, who refused to stop ISIS, who doubled our debt, who is behind the drugs and insane open border, who crushed the Tea Party's free speech with the IRS, and who through Joe is using our government to interfere and attack our constitutional elections?

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

For the thousandth time, Joe Biden did not rig the 2020 election. Donald Trump has been recorded trying to force votes to show up in Georgia. His own supporters in his inner circle have been jailed and convicted of felonies, and he is next in line, not because of an unconstitutional shadow government, but because he openly committed crimes.

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

That’s why I’d prefer the courts don’t throw him out because of the insurrection, but because of his criminal charges, so then we do have an unquestionable reason to rid him from the ballot.

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

I’d imagine the Supreme Court keeping him off would cause actual riots. Though, I don’t want him to run, I’d prefer that at least one of his criminal charges actually sinks in, and then he can be kept out for a stone cold reason rather than a shaky precedent.

Democrats believe that the best way to prevent Trump from Destroying Our Democracy is simply to destroy it themselves, before Trump gets elected again.

 @Tr3atyEllieDemocrat from Connecticut commented…4mos4MO

Democrats are not disqualifying Trump from holding office, your constitution is.

 @PandaEdRepublican from Florida commented…4mos4MO

The old "let's destroy the system to save the system" argument. Democrats rely on the fact that most people who have come through the public and higher education systems have had their critical thinking ability beat out of them.

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

lacking critical thinking is trusting that a man who has lied 159 times in a single meeting is trustworthy enough to become a president and be fully innocent of fraud after being handed 91 criminal charges.

 @Tr3atyEllieDemocrat from Connecticut commented…4mos4MO

Two prominent conservative law professors and Federalist Society members William Baude and Michael Stokes Paulsen authored a 126-page paper exploring the enforceability of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment in the case of January 6th.

"Overall, it seems to us to be quite clear that the specific series of events leading up to and culminating in the January 6, 2021 attack qualifies as an insurrection within the meaning of Section Three: “concerted, forcible resistance to the authority of government to execute the laws in at least some significant respect.”

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…4mos4MO

I doubt that the guy who’s trustworthy is the one with 91 criminal charges, who openly DOES claim he’ll convict his opponents, while Biden just says he’s a sucky person. Biden isn’t behind the court cases, that’s the states and the constitution

 @9HZ5JKQ from Indiana commented…4mos4MO

in the 14th admen he did insight a riot got the rioters riled up and then they just decided to storm the capitol

 @9HZDS73Independent from California commented…4mos4MO

The government should not be allowed to limit who is available on the ballot

 @ISIDEWITHasked…4mos4MO

Do you believe the Supreme Court should intervene in state decisions regarding candidate eligibility for ballots?

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia answered…4mos4MO

If it was a more clear and obvious case, then yes, but this is too convoluted and likely to end in revolt no matter the result.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…4mos4MO

Should past behavior of a candidate be grounds for exclusion from a ballot, or should voters decide their suitability?

 @9HZDDN2Independent from New York commented…4mos4MO

This could lead to a constitutional crisis in the most powerful country in the world.

 @9HZWYJ2 from Ohio commented…4mos4MO

Donald Trump committed a lot of crimes, the first president to ever commit a crime, on or off office, so why would we let a criminal run for president.

 @9HZW5JS from Missouri commented…4mos4MO

Removing competition is bogus. If trump was guilty, he’d already be locked up.

 @9HZTZ6K from Nebraska commented…4mos4MO

I think that it's dumb that they are even trying to kick him off the ballot in the first place.

 @9HZT5K2 from California commented…4mos4MO

It;s interesting to know what happens in different place, and to be able to get to know different ideas.

Trump, constitutionally, should be allowed on the ballot unless legislated by congress as stated in the 14th.

Trump is the number one canidate for the republican party if he is taken out democrats will most likely win.

Based on what Trump had done and been accused of over the past years, does it make him suitable to have that kind of man represent the US?

 @9HZ4MKY from Texas commented…4mos4MO

well first, palestinians wasnt a country if you looked at maps going on hundreds of years ago, trump in office, we can stop these wars from going on, trump destabilzed the middle east, hamas are chopping off babies heads, keeping trump off of election disenfranchises millions of americans by not allowing them to vote for who they want.. thats called communism!!!!
