if the power shifted towards the states then there would be more diversity in the law.

My rights would increase if the power shifted to state government, but would decrease with a national government.

If States' Rights were restored, America would enter a new golden age of prosperity and individual liberty where states, localities, and individuals themselves can check the usurpations of the federal government to an extent not seen since before the Civil War. The Federal Reserve, Legal Tender Laws, the Gold Standard, Foreign Aid, Welfare Spending, and Omnibus Bills, and all Direct Taxation could be nullified.
