Gavin Newsome or Sens Hickenlooper, Schatz, Kaine, or Brown are the way to go. Or Buttigieg.
Speaking from California I would prefer any of the others to Newsom though he might have the best chance of winning because he looks/talks presidential.
It's going to be Pritzker or Newsome. Either could come up with a quick billion.
