any political figure who is found guilty of miss handling documents or leaking documents should immediately be found guilty and tried and sentenced properly

He shouldn’t be convicted at all as it’s not a crime. What Clinton and Biden did is a crime so they should be convicted.

I believe that what he did was wrong so no, he is not above the law meaning he should be rightfully convicted like any other human being would have.However other gevernment officals should also be shown the same treatment t if they commited a simillar crime.

Any US president is allowed to carry around classified documents, joe biden and barrack obama both have just as many classified documents as trump. Trump was still a US president.
