Yes, provided a number of alternatives are allowed so that low-income voters are less likely to be disadvantaged and provided that mail-in voting is not disenfranchised. I do not believe that there was or is massive voter fraud in favor of either party, however, I do feel that physical paper methods are much more difficult to defeat compared to electronic ones. If electronic voting is maintained, and I think it probably should be, then I would like to see the security tightened up.
