In an unscripted interview on 9/17/24 VP Kamala Harris stated that she was “entirely supportive of” “the pause on 2000 lb bombs” to Israel to act as “leverage” to force a cease fire against Hamas. Later, she blamed Israel for the death of American hostage Hirsch Goldberg-Polin, suggesting that he and other civilian hostages held for nearly a year by Hamas would be alive today if Israel had ended its defensive war.
