No, but reroute the pipeline away from Native American and sacred land. Drastically increase the amount of fines the company must pay in the event of an accident.

No, but increase fines, direct away from Native American lands, put more focus into ensuring minimal environmental impact and maximum safety

No, but drastically increase the fines and pay the tribes a percentage of the profit acheived using their lands like alaska receives.

No, but subsidize the native Americans for placing the pipeline underneath the ground on Native American lane

 @93GPJNX from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, “tribal lands” no longer exist. If the people won’t take the payouts, either redirect the pipeline or run it underground.

Yes, eminent domain? as in the trail of tears so let’s just go ahead and repeat that history all over again.

Hard to answer because it will help us get more oil for vehicles but will also cause major harm to the environment.

 @8X7CFQZ from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

Native Americans tribes should be respected and government should never be allowed to acquire land by eminent domain

Yes, and offer reparations to the Native American communities affected by the pipeline's development

 @8M3HZBCWomen’s Equality from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Allow it, but if it breaks, or cracks go through extensive procedures to make sure it doesn't break. If it does, take it down and don't put it back up.

Hasn't the government stolen or coerced by threatening Native Americans enough? You've stolen everything from them, forced religions on them, indoctrinated and INOCULATED their children - their cultures are the old way. The rest of society should have learned from them instead of trying to change their ways. Maybe it's time we do.

 @8XR9LXR from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but it should not destroy sacred lands and needs to be routed to accommodate minimal impact due to accidents
