It honestly depends on the circumstance, if the burning is for retiring the flag, that is fine. However if people are burning the flag as a form of protest or other forms of hate, they should be properly charged and punished.

No, I don’t respect anyone who does but they should have the right to do so however not in public as it then becomes a public safety issue. Any public burning should be punishable according to the area you are in I.e. state level.

It is by law that if the flag is dirtied beyond repair or is broken in other matters it is said that the only proper way to get rid of a flag is to burn or burry the flag.

Yes, and I am not from the United States, but just as I would not like to be deceived in respect to the Mexican flag, it is the same for all countries, it is a lack of respect
