The segregation of bathrooms on the basis of gender or sex is not due to men and women having separate urinary systems. There are toilets in both bathrooms. Men and women both have bladders and a urethra. Some men don't have penises, and I'm not just talking about trans men. The segregation exists for social reasons. Forcing a hairy, muscular, transgender man to enter a woman's restroom against his will is an example of foolish government overreach.

Honestly, I think all bathrooms should be single-stalled and separated from neighboring stalls with full walls, rather than a men's and women's bathrooms.
@8SLKCY74yrs4Y
You are clearly very uneducated. Even if a trans man didn't fully "look like a man" it could give him really bad dysphoria.
also, as a non-binary person, literally no one has been able to find out my assigned sex at birth. how is anyone supposed to tell me what bathroom to use? probably because gender is a social construct and has nothing to do with what's in your pants. just because I have a certain set of chromosomes doesn't mean I can't use the family restroom and just because a trans woman may have xy chromosomes, doesn't mean she shouldn't use the women's restroom
@HelcovichEmireRepublican2mos2MO
Well that's a seperate issue, being unable to determine your biological sex is a disfunction
@1019965Republican3yrs3Y
Oh yeah for sure. I think that IQ is a social construct as well, along with height, age, and skin color. Yeah, I'm transrace, transheight, transage, and transintelligence, and Stupid transphobic idiots keep saying that I'm not a 7'5 Black man who is 24, with an IQ of 5000. It's so hard being me
@963WNPD3yrs3Y
IQ is a social construct...
@Renaldo-MoonGreen 9mos9MO
IQ is a measure of your ability to think under extremely specific conditions. Its really stupid and is a social construct.
@Patriot-#1776Constitution9mos9MO
I'm starting to notice a trend among far-leftists where, whenever they see an inequality, such as inequality in the roles and responsibilities of men and women in the context of the family, or inequalities in intelligence since some people are smart and some people are stupid, they stay "it's a social construct." Sorry, some people are less talented than others. It's natural, and we wouldn't want to have it any other way.
