some people get arrested with lack of evidence and under false claims and dont recieve justice but other than those people criminals have crime as an agenda so repeat offenders should loose the right

Yes, only after they have completed their sentence and all parole/ probation requirements. Once this happens they're should be a board of personnel who make the final recommendation for Governor approval to reinstate voting priviliges.

The point of prison in the first place should be to help rehabilitate criminals when needed so they may reenter society in a productive fashion, which should include them being allowed to vote.

I feel that everyone should be free and deserves the right to vote, but when it comes to doing bad for society. There should be restrictions taken, like safety precautions. It basically depends how bad they affected. Everyone deserves a second chance, but we all should be prepare/ready for the unexpected.

yes, once time has been served, they have paid for their crime and they are still U.S. citizens. All legal u.s. citizens should be allowed to vote with a proper i.d.

The answer to this is it depends. What did the criminal get arrested for. Minor infractions yes. Major crimes or anything with federal time no, they should not be allowed to vote. Once they are in the federal prison system the should not have any rights.

a lot of people are in prison for petty things they did when they were young and dumb ( mostly black people & poc ) i think after serving your time depending on the severity of the charge ( no violent crimes, sex crimes etc ) you should be able to vote because at the end of the day its your constitutional right.

I feel that the convict if doing a small crime like petty theft or burglary should be able to vote, but the other cases such as murder, rape, pedophilia should not be able to vote.

Depends on the conviction of said individual. If a person has been charged with child molestation or anything that directory involves a child should never see the outside of a barbed wire fence. Wouldn’t have to worry about people like that voting if the death penalty was implemented.
