Yes, they should receive treatment however they should also be forced to apply for citizenship (at no cost to themselves) and if they refuse or for whatever reason cannot they should be sent back to their country of origin, with exceptions for dangerous individuals such as violent criminals in which case they should be placed in prison until the authorities of their country of origin can receive them

 @B4HSHW2 from Kansas  answered…6mos6MO

Yes, if they are tax-paying, if they do not pay taxes, all children, regardless, should have access.

 @B3CRN9Q from Kansas  answered…7mos7MO

if the condition is not life-threatening and not harmful to anyone else, then yes. Doctors should take precaution though

 @9XXWMMQ from Kansas  answered…11mos11MO

If they are able to gain citizenship and are starting to provide for society and help as well as tax then they should.

 @9VBW84J from Kansas  answered…1yr1Y

I think they should make it easier to become a U.S. citizen that way they can get that type of health care. bbut they shouldn't be denied the basic type of health care

 @9SWN4FG from Kansas  answered…1yr1Y

Everyone needs health care. You cannot have a healthy population if everyone does not have access to healthcare. We need to fix our broken immigration system. We need more judges to facilitate hearings. We need a path to citizenship that can be done in a year or two. We've done this before; we can do it again.

 @9MXZ457 from Kansas  answered…1yr1Y

Free Healthcare should be provided to e everyone, but if someone is here illegally, they should go through trial to determine if they can work to receive citizenship or be deported based on criminal record

 @9JGF8HM from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

No. But we need a better path to citizenship. Make it easy for the people who want to come here to work.

 @9J8YBFW from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

Everyone should be able to access Healthcare regardless of legal status. However, illegal immigrants should be given the chance to become legal and have it made easier to become a legal citizen of the USA.

 @9J7PVJ8 from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

This is a loaded question. I think they have human rights just as anyone else should, I think this issues solution starts with an easier solution for immigrants to be granted access to the States.

 @9GLKMQK from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

they should still owe taxes and , and have to deal with he flaws of our government. Not just the beneifits.

 @9DJHGQH from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @8ZVDXPG from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

yes but we should make it easier for immigrants to attain citizenship to get access to healthcare

 @9D33FCTSocialist from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9BP2459 from Kansas  answered…2yrs2Y

Under certain circumstances yes, their kids should be able to, and if they are close to dying yes. Since the healthcare in most foreign countries is not the best as ours.

 @Colbs887 from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

yes, but only for life threatening emergencies or infectious diseases. Then deported

 @965S57D from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Emergency care should be given because they’re people, but they should have to register with the government so that they can be put on a track that formalizes the conditions of their remaining in the country. Or something like that.

 @95NPB3X from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if they are trying to get citizenship, but if not then treat them and deport them.

 @942GVCX from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

I object to the word illegal, they are undocumented. Everyone should be treated in emergency situations.

 @93DKJ33 from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, Healthcare is a human right and not a subject that should be privatized and exploited for profits

 @92PH95D from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Every person, no longer who they are or where they come from deserve basic health care because we are all human, BUT, they should also be required to apply for citizenship and should have background checks ran just like every other person who receives healthcare from the government.

 @928FLFM from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, Give them healthcare, but after have them required to get their green card.

help them become legal, if they have no interest in honoring the country they live in, send them back to the country they will respect.

 @8XJP3G2 from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8X7P3D7 from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, But find some way to verify their story and if they are a refugee then grant them Citizenship but if not have them deported

 @8X7L73D from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

I believe if they gain citizenship and work in America for a period of time, they should have the pleasure of getting healthcare.

 @8X7L4DN from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

they should be denied any kind of healthcare private or public permanently

 @8X2FJCL from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, because what do we get in return? I know that might be cut-throat but they are taking from our health care that is already some of the worst health care in the world in terms of pricing goes.

 @8WZF2Y4Republican from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but after receiving medical care should be required to do a background check and if no bad involvement(drug cartel, ect.)is found then they should be provided with an opportunity to apply for citizenship

 @8WJRP2NRepublican from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

they should be allowed in the U.S before they can be allowed to have health care for basic needs

 @8W3RLPS from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8VMMQHR from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, if they become citizens and their children are granted the benefits when they become citizens

 @8TQPWKBRepublican from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, we should make it easier for illegal immigrants to get citizenship. Make it cheaper for documents.

 @8SQYSXD from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, they shouldn't be eligible if they aren't contributors and only our citizens contribute so, no.

 @8RXGRSMRepublican from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

It truly depends on their individual situation, but more regulations should be explored on this situation.

 @8Q26N67 from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Illegal immigrants aren't a thing. Undocumented migrants should be given tax IDs and let in.

 @Jdehoff from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes of course but then they should have to have a way to pay. They could pay cash or any of the groups who advocate for illegals could easily have a fund set up for this situation. But never mind all that if someone is sick and needs help the hospitals in America MUST help the sick patient.

 @8PVL94T from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

I believe they should go through the system get citizenship and then provide healthcare seeing their a US CITIZEN by that point.

 @8NR2LGS from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8N39G87 from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes but only after background checks making sure parents are the legit guardians of the kids because cartels can use kids in order to benefit them.

 @8MMCTZ3 from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8LV9C8X from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but grant them temporary citizenship for the entirety of their medical care.

 @8LLKD3Q from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

No, they can purchase private healthcare and their country can subsidize the cost

 @8LL33JD from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8L5LLVT from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

if the illegal immigrant has established a life after coming here 4-5 years prior and have good backgrounds

 @8KY258G from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Coming to the USA legally is long and difficult and sometimes people do not have the means to wait that long. Maybe once they become legal citizens they could pay a little extra in taxes to sort of makeup for it.

 @8KTNG4G from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

There is not a clear answer to this. Most of the time, if they are illegal, they are not going to be reaching out most of the time because they don't want to be deported, but when a child is brought over, they do not have choice and they should have the care the they need. Again, this should be more of an immigration change issue rather than a healthcare issue.

 @8JNZYB8 from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

yes, but only for life threatening instances until they become citizens

 @8JKJHXC from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

YES, because we are not animals, everyone deserves healthcare and shouldn't be denied it if they are immigrants.

 @8GVNSTW from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

I believe that they are still people who came here for their own reasons and they should be given the same oppurtunities we are given no matter their legal stance.

 @8G9YDFV from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8D3T2YR from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, if they have good character and a clean record, grant them citizenship. If they have a bad record, deport them.

 @8CWF8QR from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only because they should be afforded the same health care options currently available to anyone else in the country. No one should have access to government subsidized health care.

 @8CTPT6J from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8CRM6DK from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, if it is life threatening or they pay taxes, or plan on becoming a citizen or are in the process.

 @8CKBG8BDemocrat from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @9B4RZMKDemocrat from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only after our own healthcare system is improved and provided to more people.

 @97H349ZIndependent from Kansas  answered…3yrs3Y

maybe but I feel as if that is a trap because after they receive the healthcare they always almost get arrested by ice and then deported.

 @8XK25KH from Kansas  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes because they may need help to get on their own feet to become legal.

 @8N4WYF3 from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

if they're fleeing there native country, feel free to help, but if they're, say military spies from another country...

 @8KQB5ZRConstitution from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes for emergencies and infectious diseases, and they should be able to purchase their own private healthcare

 @8G7N48X from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8G43Z7T from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but it should be monitored and collected as a datapoint to ensure the continued validity and function of any such healthcare providence mechanism. If this offer is abused, it needs to be documented, and needs to have the capability to be denied later to ensure that the system does not suffer deleterious effect.

 @8LN5SZV from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8NCWRVW from Kansas  answered…5yrs5Y

Immigrants are not illegal, they are just undocumented. I believe they should have access
