“Unlike alcohol, there is no amount you can use that doesn't impair a person. I simply don't know how you could regulate its use to prevent impaired use of equipment, impaired workers etc. I have no problem with personal use at home or with those who will not be operating motor vehicles. I do have an issue with the effect it has on a persons lungs so any potential increase in the availability and use would need studies on things such as lung cancer and emphysema.”
