Rhetoric - no matter how vile - is PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT, Governor.

“Free speech” isn’t subject to review by the govt. And the govt shouldn’t be leaning on unis to do so.

You need to retract & revise this Order immediately.

Yes, that sounds exactly like what the lefties do. He should change that order to only reflect "acts" that are unlawful such as physical assaults or battery. It's not illegal to be an anti-Semite as far as I am aware.

The First Amendment applies only to the Federal Government. Texas does however have a Free Speech Clause that he is violating. Remember, fellow libertarian-leaning user, that State's Rights & Decentralisation are the best way to stop Federal Abuses & protect Liberty.

9 Killed As Israel Raids West Bank

Kennedy Jr. suspending his presidential campaign Friday and endorsing Donald Trump remains to be seen.It’s more likely to be a boon to Trump than to Vice President Kamala Harris, given Kennedy was drawing significantly more votes from the right and from would-be Trump supporters. But Kennedy’s share of the vote was at about 5 percent and falling.Kennedy’s exit leaves three significant names below Trump and Harris on at least some state ballots: Green Party candidate Jill Stein, Libertarian Party candidate Chase Oliver and independent Cornel West.All three come from left-leaning backgrounds. Stein and West are both generally further to the political left than Harris. Oliver’s potential appeal is harder to define, as it often is with Libertarians.
