You believe in achieving a society where individual freedom is maximized through the elimination of government intervention and the promotion of voluntary exchanges within a free market system.
Anarcho-capitalism is a political philosophy and economic theory that advocates for the elimination of centralized states in favor of self-ownership, private property, and free markets. It is a form of anarchism that applies the principles of capitalism to the framework of a stateless society. Anarcho-capitalists believe that in the absence of statute (law by decree or legislation), society would improve itself through the discipline of the free market (or what its proponents describe as a "voluntary society").
The term "anarcho-capitalism" was coined by economist…

Can a society maintain cultural landmarks and historic sites without government support and if so, how?
Public funding to support landmarks would remove the need of government support
@9JH58WB1yr1Y
Without government support cultural landmarks will be subject to the will of those with the most money, not the public interest.
@9JD689T1yr1Y
No, the government must fund and support architecture in communities.
@Freedom761yr1Y
Absolutely. History lovers (such as myself) will gladly contribute voluntary donations to private historical societies to preserve our most important historical landmarks. The beauty of privatisation is that force and coercion are removed from the calculation – no one, who wants to spend his money on something else, is being forced through taxation to fund historical sites. It would dramatically expand American freedom, in addition to making these sites *even better* since free-market competition would encourage these organisations to keep their sites clean, trash-free, informative, and enjoyable.
No they couldn't, if a world war 3 happens only the government power could control it
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How would you approach education differently if your school was run as a private entity without governmental curriculum?
@9LFPJ3JRepublican1yr1Y
Teach more real world things like changing a tire.
@9LHGJSP1yr1Y
I think that schools should teach us tools to use in our everyday lives. Tax’s. Credit cards, how to finance a house. Use down payments.
@Freedom761yr1Y
All education must be privatised, since taxation is theft, and an act of aggression against innocent people, and because the quality of government schools is horrible and their curriculum statist indoctrination glamorising socialist programs and telling us the horrible things that would surely happen if Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Dan Crenshaw, Joe Biden, and Mitch McConnell didn't rule our lives.
@9LFPJX3 1yr1Y
Students need to learn about true American and world history as well as be equipped with the tools to be educated on financial education.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How might decision-making processes in clubs or groups at school change if there was no principal or teacher involved?
@Freedom761yr1Y
Privatising schools does *not* mean that principals and teachers will not be involved. There are thousands of private schools across the United States, nearly all of which have that structure. This is a loaded question that implies that private education would end that leadership structure which is *a lie.*
@9JD8FXJRepublican1yr1Y
they wouldn't get as much work done thought the day
@9JD85RZ1yr1Y
Some students are not educated enough on certain topics
@9JD87PJ1yr1Y
students would have more freedom to do what they think is affective. this would be a benefit as students know students and their campaigns and whatnot would have more publicity
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How would you feel about your personal information being handled solely by private companies without legal privacy frameworks?
@Freedom761yr1Y
I would feel much safer and freer, because in a Min-archist society, private companies would be accountable for violations of contract law, so they would obtain only that information I gave them permission to have, or *lawsuit*.
@9K952JX1yr1Y
I feel that it should be offered for me to give consent rather than having it just given away since it is my personal information
@9K952F81yr1Y
There needs to be legislation regulating what information they can use.
@9K968KR1yr1Y
I would rather my information not be handled by private companies or te governmen
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How do you feel about the concept of private entities taking over roles like education and healthcare?
@9HZCQ4ZRepublican1yr1Y
Should be government-regulated and through the votes of the people.
I think that education and health care should be run by federal means in order to make sure no minorities are left out of these essential needs.
@9J47XFHRepublican1yr1Y
The founding fathers believed that this country would only succeed if the people were educated. But, they made no mention of health care. That is the personal responsibility of individuals.
@Freedom761yr1Y
Both industries should be 100% privatised because taxation is theft and competition produces excellence.
@9HZCXBKRepublican1yr1Y
Ok, as long as the private entities are not affiliated with the Democrats in amy way.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
What strategies do you think could be effective in handling bullying or disputes at school without authoritative intervention?
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
What would you do if a powerful corporation infringed on your personal rights in an anarcho-capitalist society?
@Freedom761yr1Y
Bring it to court. (P.S. I am a min-archist – I support courts, police, and military as government's three legitimate services).
@9HH7L8H2yrs2Y
I would be against it because I don't trust this corporation and I don't know what they will do with my personal information.
@9HH75CZ2yrs2Y
I would feel violated and feel as if I couldn't trust anyone, it wouldn't be a fun world.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How might we hold each other accountable for actions that harm the community without laws?
@Freedom761yr1Y
Boycotting offensive businesses and suing them if they genuinely encroach on your God-given rights. Even state-less societies still have laws, they're just enforced without government.
@9J2DZJQ1yr1Y
We could have them on house arrest and take them to the police.
@9HZBX5D 1yr1Y
Either try to fix it or we'll you have to set laws or no one will listen.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
What local community problems do you think would be solved better without government intervention?
@9HY8ZP71yr1Y
The United States is far too concerned with the "self" and privatization of everything under capitalism. I think capitalism has made every social interaction suspicious and has encouraged a general distrust of your neighbor because capitalism has made it very "us v.s them."
@Freedom761yr1Y
Too bad we don't live in the old U.S.S.R. – where everyone was happy and nothing bad ever happened.
@9HY97Z81yr1Y
there would be more power to the states so each state individually would be able to create their own laws and solve problems without government intervention like issues with socials and on smaller economic levels.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Without a state to enforce contracts, how could you ensure agreements are honored in business transactions?
@9HP8Y3N2yrs2Y
Agreements are frequently broken. Judicial system is essential to allow for resolution in court.
@Freedom761yr1Y
While I believe courts, military, and police should still exist (making me non-anarchist, but still minarchist) I must point out that even in Anarcho-Capitalist societies courts still exist; they're just private.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
Could you rely on reputation and community reviews instead of regulations to choose where to eat or shop?
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
What challenges do you think would arise in protecting artistic creations without copyright laws?
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How would you describe the ideal balance between individual freedom and community responsibility?
@9L8T2771yr1Y
Individual freedom all the way with a choice of how one helps the community.
@9L8SVGR1yr1Y
People should be allowed to live their lives the way they wish to, and without any community or individuals interfering in that. There are way too many people NOT minding their own business. if a person wishes to be sociable, great! But hey, no communes are required for people to live on each. The responsibility of all individuals are to obey the law and take care of their homes, both outside and inside. No such a hard thing to do. One thing I do NOT want to tolerate anymore is the all too close proximity of known sex offenders to communities with children and women. They should live where others like them live, like, on an island away from other people.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
Would you support or resist a proposal for your neighborhood to manage its own waste disposal, and why?
@9JD8GZJRepublican1yr1Y
I would resist that proposal because our waste disposal company does a fine job now.
@9JD8F4G1yr1Y
Oppose, this would cause people living in areas without neighbors or people who live outside of the city limit to find new ways to dispose of their trash along with forcing the people in neighborhoods to spend their own money to fund the removal and disposal of the trash.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How might the absence of regulations affect your local environment and the air you breathe?
@9HP92NH 2yrs2Y
Nor good or bad, on the ond hand private companies will take the maximum profits despite of their influence on environment, on the other hand the foundation of new nature-savinf funds is invincible, at least, it won't be a corruption in this term
@ISIDEWITH10mos10MO
How would you propose ensuring that education remains accessible to everyone if there were no public schools?
I would improve the education system somehow so that people will want to participate, as I can't do it by force.
@9TGBY7F10mos10MO
I think families should take it upon themselves to fund the school directly rather than pay for a portion of it in taxes.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
In what ways do you think your school or neighborhood would change if it operated on purely voluntary exchanges?
@9HXHWR5Republican1yr1Y
Nothing would get done because people don't work for free
@9HXH92Z1yr1Y
I think it would not run smoothly. It would be great if communities could just run on volunteers but life doesn't work that way.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
What ethical or moral code do you think would govern business practices in the absence of regulations?
@9KYP5SF1yr1Y
A lot of practices that would focus on cutting costs, making profits, and reducing the safety and rights of workers and sometimes the user of a product or service
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Would you feel safe in a society where your security depended on private firms instead of a public police force?
@9H4XMTJ2yrs2Y
No, because human interest doesn't fall in public interest.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Without government regulations, how do you think society would address issues like environmental protection?
@GenX-gdi 2yrs2Y
I think you need some standard and baseline regulations. The EPA was created to deal with irresponsible practices from business and industry. The problem becomes, who regulates the regulators? Too many regulations squelches progress and too few creates health and environmental issues. No government agency should be too big and too powerful, especially at the federal level.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How might the absence of government welfare programs affect the lives of the less fortunate and what alternatives could exist?
@9H6VJJJ2yrs2Y
We'll die. We're already close to dying. I make too much for welfare and I'm still starving.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How do you think your daily life would change if all services, like police and roads, were privately owned?
@9H5MNDV2yrs2Y
I think that is a horrible idea and more crime would occur
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Could you trust the quality and safety of products without government oversight and regulation?
@9H7C49PRepublican2yrs2Y
Yes, companies that act in bad faith in theory would be weeded out by consumers.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
Do you think that safety standards, like those in food production, could be maintained by entities other than the government, and how?
@9KCR3551yr1Y
I would rather not, becuase many people would have said many things, but I prefer to hear the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sa if an items is safe or good to eat.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
In what ways could individuals ensure ethical practices in businesses without external regulation?
@9L7KPBX1yr1Y
Anarcho- Capitalism, is hard to figure out. Who want s a stateless society. laws and policies would be out of order and deemed not fair.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
What existing examples of mutual aid groups or cooperatives do you think could be models for a society without government services?
@9KLMQGP1yr1Y
Any form of anarchism is a joke and should not be taken seriously to any extent.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
Could consumer advocacy groups effectively replace the role of government consumer protection agencies, and how might they operate?
@Monahan94 1yr1Y
They absolutely could not. Doing so would lead to more corporate monopolies then we have now.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How would you approach resolving conflicts in a collaborative project if there were no higher authority to make the final decision?
@9K9SPZ61yr1Y
I don’t think everything should be private, I like it how it is now.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
What approaches could be taken to ensure access to clean drinking water in a system without government regulation?
