You believe in a society where all property is communally owned, decisions are made collectively, and no government or hierarchical structures exist.
Anarcho-communism, also known as anarchist communism, is a political ideology that advocates for the abolition of the state, capitalism, wage labor, and private property. Instead, it proposes a society in which the means of production are owned communally and each individual contributes and receives according to their abilities and needs. This ideology is rooted in the principles of both anarchism and communism, hence the name anarcho-communism.
The origins of anarcho-communism can be traced back to the 19th century, with figures such as Joseph Déjacque and Peter Kropotkin bein…

How might the transition from personal accolades to group recognition for achievements affect your drive in pursuits like academics or sports?
@9JR5XXQ1yr1Y
I think that group awards are a good thing and have their place, but I don’t think that they hold be used to replace individual awards.
@9JRCPTJ1yr1Y
I belive if a team wins the Super Bowl or the World Cup they should be celebrated and their team impacts are the reason they one not just one player.
@9JR6S661yr1Y
It devalues the individual which decreases one's drive to achieve success and accolades.
I believe collective progress is the best method to progress both the self and the whole, and the recognition from groups can bring feedback, opinions, and incentive not usually present in personal pursuits.
@9JR5XCT1yr1Y
It would decrease my drive as I feel my contributions are left unseen.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
If the education system focused only on imparting knowledge without grades or rankings, how would that influence your learning experience?
@9J7FS6QIndependent1yr1Y
I feel like students will put less effort into work and assignments but some students will find this as an improvement
Mastery style grading has been proven to improve retention of information and increase testing scores. This style of teaching should be implemented en masse. This would also reduce the need for homework, helping lessen the tremendous load on students. And, mastery style grading makes students repeat information until they understand it.
@9J7FPNF1yr1Y
It would depend the system in place, but if it encourages on learning and the quality of it then I see that as a better alternative then what we have now
@9J7JJBVIndependent1yr1Y
Grades destroy mental health, a lack of that intensive scrutiny or regulation would make students more open to learning if there is a lack of judgment behind it.
@9J7FV4V1yr1Y
It would help me and I would learn more and remember it for a longer time rather than focusing on passing tests.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Do you think a society can thrive without leaders, and why or why not?
@9H7PD8FWomen’s Equality 2yrs2Y
In my opinion a society cannot thrive without their leaders because it wouldn’t run easily and smoothly. Without leaders, society will fall apart, crime rates would increase, and everything will be unorganized.
@9H7QMZB2yrs2Y
No, people would disagree and argue leading to fighting and war. We need a system that at least says yes or no to ideas and thoughts.
@9H7XKRF2yrs2Y
No, it will crumble within itself beyond a small community of more than a hundred people. A society would collapse without rules, its been sited multiple times that eventually they have to make rules and rulers to enforce
@9H7RNMKLibertarian2yrs2Y
Anarcho-communism is praised for its vision of a society without hierarchical structures, where individuals collectively own and manage resources, fostering a sense of equality and shared responsibility. Advocates argue that this model promotes a more just and cooperative community, eliminating the potential for exploitation and creating a system centered on mutual aid and solidarity.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
Imagine a world where reputation, not money, is the main currency; how would this affect your choices and interactions?
@9KVWFZ81yr1Y
Everyone will know about your past and your past life style
This might affect to your personal life because just a little mistake that you might made could end with your life and some opportunities you may have in life
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
If grades were abolished and learning was entirely collaborative, how would that affect your motivation to study?
@9HJ38MK2yrs2Y
It would greatly affect my motivation to study the things i really want to do, and the things that will affect my future, instead of focusing on the things that do not interest me.
@9HJ38632yrs2Y
This should NOT happen, it would break educational systems and cause less motivation.
@9HJ39KT2yrs2Y
If grades were abolished im sure my motivation to study would be minimal to only when I felt like it.
@9HJ2Z2D2yrs2Y
It would not change, it would be ineresting to see how that would work
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Can you envision a network of communities supporting each other without centralized control, and what might be the biggest challenge?
@9HGQSGV2yrs2Y
In a perfect world, this would work, but the world we live in is far from perfect, so this would become a terrible thing.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
When you consider how much you'd trust others to contribute fairly, what does it tell you about your views on human nature?
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Could you live without the concept of 'mine' and 'yours,' and how do you think this would impact your relationships?
@9HK29Z42yrs2Y
I think I would not be able to live without it and I find it unnecessary. I think communism or socialism of some kind can only work if technology like artificial intelligence and automation continue to advance and where resources are abundant.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
If there were no ranks or titles at your school or job, how do you think it would affect the way you and others contribute?
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Could eliminating competition from school or sports be beneficial, and what positive or negative changes might occur if it happened?
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
What are the pros and cons of relying solely on moral values rather than laws to govern behavior?
@9HK23XY2yrs2Y
Communism is a failed political system that has never worked and never will
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How might your definition of 'freedom' shift in a world where individual property doesn't exist?
@9HT5MMJRepublican2yrs2Y
Freedom would become less prominent with individuals not being able to have property
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Would you be comfortable if your online communities operated without moderators or admins?
@9HKZL8R2yrs2Y
no, i want security and laws, to make sure information is true, but i don't want oppression of information. anarchy has repetitively shown to fail and communism follows close behind and capitalism worships the american dollar. i want someone to tell me what's true and false but i also still want to have the ability to clearly see if i deem it good or bad.
@9HKZ32RIndependent2yrs2Y
There should be an option for the individual to choose their sensitivity level, and how filtered their content is.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
What challenges do you anticipate in establishing a balance between individual autonomy and collective decision-making?
@9J2NJB61yr1Y
i dont care let them do what they want and let them find out there consequences.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Do you believe people are inherently cooperative enough for anarcho-communism to work, or is competition necessary?
@9H8B8TR2yrs2Y
People are stubborn and will not turn easily into that. Some competition might be necesary.
@9H87YG5Republican2yrs2Y
Competition is not only necessary but part of every part of human behavior.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How would creative work and innovation be encouraged if all outcomes are shared equally?
Socialist movements rejected laissez-faire capitalism and blamed it and the industrial revolution for horrible working and living conditions
@9H7LGDB2yrs2Y
It would discourage innovation and make people become contempt and do the bare minimum because they know the same check will come.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How do you believe shared responsibilities can affect relationships between people living in close proximity to one another?
@9L5BPLP1yr1Y
I believe shared responsibilities can make relationships better between people living in close proximity.
@9L5BK23Republican1yr1Y
Initially, since the idea is new to most people, and most people are generally good workers, decent to others, and want to improve their surroundings, shared responsibilities would succeed with people living close together. After time passes, though, and the community grows larger, then greed, lies, and taking advantage of others would become widespread and an authority structure would develop no matter how anarchist the community may claim to be. It would be total chaos and would cause severe damage to the whole.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How would caring for public spaces as if they were your own property change your behavior in communal areas?
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
If all decisions were made by group consensus, what strengths or weaknesses of this approach have you observed in your own experiences?
@9KP2ZGK1yr1Y
Everybody would get to express their own point of view bring many perspectives to the table, but that also causes a lot of disagreements
@9KP2TFPIndependent1yr1Y
Communism usually fails because it doesn't take into account a lot of aspects of human nature. As for anarchy, I believe it should have no place in the US.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
What role do you think empathy and understanding play in a society with shared ownership and responsibilities?
@9KVWNY6Independent1yr1Y
People are upset at unfair wages so we need to understand that people need to be paid more.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
Can withholding judgment on someone's lifestyle choices improve a sense of community, and how would this practice change your daily interactions?
@9JCMGKQ1yr1Y
everyone should mind their own judgement and opinions the American way
Yes, withholding judgment can improve a sense of community.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How would participating in a community garden, where everyone's effort yields shared harvest, influence your view on teamwork?
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
How do you think societal values might evolve in a system where contributions are according to ability, not profit?
@9LBSR2PRepublican1yr1Y
they might evolve in the sense that people will strive to get what they want
@9LBSQ92 1yr1Y
I think that being good at something or putting in hard work might become more valuable in society, rather than just being average and offering what everyone else does.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
If personal profit wasn't the goal, what project would you dedicate your time to for the betterment of society?
@9J2LQ2S1yr1Y
Participate in bettering the community. Gardening, educating.
@ISIDEWITH1yr1Y
If all basic necessities were freely available, how would you allocate your time differently?
@9KVW6S31yr1Y
I would probably live relatively the same. I would work on what I wanted to, and I think school would end up more specialized and focused, but I come from a background of wealth so life would be similar for me, just less stress in maintaining it.
@9KVW2X3Republican1yr1Y
Unsure, but more time would be spent learning niche things without concern.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How would you envision the day-to-day life in a world where work is done based on ability and goods are distributed based on need?
@9H6C4P92yrs2Y
Corrupt and destitute. Communism is unworkable for a society.
@VulcanMan6 2yrs2Y
We would spend as little amount of our time working as possible, and can spend our free time enjoying the fruits of each other's collective labor.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
If there were no reward for doing more or working harder than others, how would that influence your efforts?
@9HK4GSC2yrs2Y
Anarcho-communism provides collective fair and just reward instead of profit
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Describe a time when something you needed was freely available to you; how did it feel, and how might that experience be universal?
@9J2MH5P1yr1Y
I do t understand the concept of this question completely. But I can say that if I need something like medi-cal it usually isn’t difficult to receive.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
How might your daily routine change if everyone's job was to contribute to your community's well-being?
@9HJHX37 2yrs2Y
I would likely be made to change track from entering university to actively building up local infrastructure.
