No person should have to be trained to think or have opinions about a specific subject. If you are unable to convince someone of an idea then you cannot then require them to be trained to overcome their own opinions.

Many racial jokes are made in the workplace and many don't understand that the workplace isn't a place for these jokes and should be taught not to say such things.

The people who are overly sensitive to these jokes should be taught not to be so sensitive. It's just words, words can't hurt anyone, unless if it threatens violence, so discriminatory jokes should be 100% ok, it is protected by the first amendment and how is a country free if you can't say certain stuff?
I live in an ALF as the only gay person in here and the men in here including the owner of the home are rude towards me, make fun of the sound of my gay effeminate accent and call me ma am when I am a sir telling people I am a lady and I am a **** cisgender man and these men make me angry when they openly discuss women in my bedroom drinking alcohol me having to keep to myself that I am attracted to cis muslim or Hispanic gay man or they'll call me homophobic slurs and rip my clothes and the owner of the home blames me for my behavior not theirs and threatens to kick me out.

Those who are properly trained under Racial Sensitivity are usually more respectful to those who do not look the same as them. These people are also able to serve more people without issue because they are knowledgeable about people from different cultural/ethnic backgrounds.

Y'know, people these days are too sensitive to discriminatory or offensive speech. It's just some goddamn words people, stop being such a crybaby and toughen up! Learn to not be so offended by hurtful speech, especially if they're just joking and don't actually think that.
Racial sensitivity training is just proving the fact that one race doesn't feel safe enough or lower than another hence they need training to function properly in the workplace? It's not needed, if anything its just brings other groups farther down making people feel like this is a necessity if you are a minority.

It teaches the idea that one race is surperior to the other which will be the opposite of what we want to teach people
