One medical sector amongst many is private, and has improved it's services, reduced it's operating costs and expense; only one... AND it is Plastic Surgery. Insurance doesn't cover it, and now more people can afford a nip and tuck more than ever before. Private industry has incentive to succeed because if they don't they won't have customers, on the other hand government operated/funded/insured medical takes the choice away and the incentive to improve because a government paycheck is guaranteed.
