In areas that are more prone to school shooting or gun violence it would be beneficial for the minimal standard to uphold at least one personal with responsibility and the correct requirements to own a gun but in areas with lower rates of gun voilence i believe that it should be decided by the school board and only opperated with those who fit the requirements. It should be decided by the state.
