No, but the federal government should expand on providing assistance through low to no interest loans, tuition assistance programs and so forth. I am in favor of low to no cost 2 year Community College, depending on the economic health of the student (and family if relevant). Lower income students who achieve good grades and attendance can then be eligible for federal assistance to work towards a 4 year degree. Low income students should also receive assistance for attending Trade Schools.
