“Performance standards are currently based on poor testing practices. Education is impacted by so many different issues that are NOT being addressed. One should find out WHY the school is not meeting performance standards - and if the problem is NOT teacher related, then it should be figured out WHY the children are under-performing. It should not automatically throw the baby out with the bathwater.”
