It should be done by a non partisan computer generated program that takes into account only the necessary municipal and population to draw a fair district. Political registration numbers shouldn't be available for use in the program

I think a computer program should be implemented at the national level and all districts drawn-up unbiased. Also, all voting times and regulations should be the same throughout the nation.

Gerrymandering should be eliminated. Set the districts once and for all and let them be. If you need to redraw the playing field in order to win you should not be playing the game.

Redrawing of districts should be done by a method that does not allow one political party or another the upper hand.
