We NEED to end all foreign aid to all foreign countries. America should not the World's Policeman nor the World's miracle worker. Nevertheless, we need to recognize that for all her flaws, Israel is the freest, most pro-West, and indeed the most pro- Life country in the Middle East. Israel is perhaps our greatest ally and a steadfast friend. I for one am grateful for such a great ally. Palestinians on the other hand generally are genocidal, anti-West, pro-Jihad. Read the Hamas charter. "In any conflict between barbarians and the civilized man, support the civilized man."- Ayn Rand In this case, Israel is the civilized man.

Israel has been a thorn in the United States aside for a very long time, we have always been as strong as supporters which has at times losses favor in the Middle East. United States should continue to support Israel, but we must also make it clear that we are not Israel’s go to bail out man. The actions by the IDF against Hamas can be justified, but that so many Palestinian civilians are caught in the crossfire and instances of other civilians of other nations crossfire must not be ignored. Israel has the right to defend itself, but it cannot be done in such a way that causes civilian losses. or at least avoidable civilian losses. And we must also give consideration to Palestine to help help it develop into a Area that is no longer reliance upon the IDF for maintaining public order and can have a thriving economy Alongside Israel.

 @B2R2M4T from Virginia  answered…5mos5MO

Yes, but funds should be limited and given on the condition of a definitive and timely end date of the conflict

 @B25V2QMDemocrat from Virginia  answered…7mos7MO

The government should support the innocent on both sides who are affected, however, as far as I can tell right now (but I'm not extremely reseached) it seems as though both governments are corrupt and done terrible things.

 @9Z9R5ZB from Virginia  answered…8mos8MO

No, not supporting their government. However, we have to realize there are innocent families, and people that live in Israel.

 @9YMVKVC from Virginia  answered…8mos8MO

The government should not become too involved because it may create a domino effect and cause problems.

 @9YK26FJRepublican from Virginia  answered…8mos8MO

I believe in God, In Jesus Christ, but I also believe that Israel is the holy land I don’t know if US should be involved with their country, but I know that it’s not right to kill people regardless if their Palestinian or not

 @9Y3RJZT from Virginia  answered…8mos8MO

Yes, but the current war isn’t dealing with the true issue of Iran so we should help them deal with that

 @9XJ5QHC from Virginia  answered…8mos8MO

We need to keep supporting Israel but we should help them be more target specific and help them to PROTECT the people of Palestine against the Fanatics. It isn't right to cause as muich collateral damage as they do.

 @9WHT2GTRepublican from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

If we stand against one side, it creates bias towards the other side. I believe we should stay out of it.

 @9WHMPXYDemocrat from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but in limited capacity, only in so far as to ensure they can continue to exist and protect itself. We should hold them accountable for consequences of their military actions like excessive civilian casualties and regional escalation. We should not support their ground invasion of Lebanon or a large scale attack against Iran that would escalate conflict in the Middle East. We should also push for the respect of the rights of Palestinians and the eventual establishment of a democratic state in a two-state solution.

 @9VG87R7 from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

personally, if they are not a apart of NATO, we should not be helping any foreign countries/powers with any wars they start unless they start making the US be involved via being threatened by their opposition or they decide to attack us

 @9VFWK8S from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

INstead of funding both sides of wars, the United states should be neutral in worldly conflicts that do not involve American citizens.

 @9VDMQRL from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

We should. Continue to support the state of Israel. And its right to existence, while also maintaining more aid to the palestinians and a 2 state solution with the removal of hamas, but unlikely.

 @9SBWDM8Democrat from Virginia  answered…11mos11MO

Fund Israel and Palestine equally but contingent on reducing apartheid and supporting a two state solution.

 @9RQQKT6Democrat from Virginia  answered…11mos11MO

Cut all aid as they are committing war crimes. Consider reestablishing aid post war & with a government not run by Bibi and his ilk. Increase aid for Palestinians.

 @9P95J2D from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, as long as they commit to a peaceful solution to the conflict with the Palestinians and their Arab neighbors.

 @9LTWD2X from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

No, we involve ourselves in issues that don't concern us. The US has a problem with sticking their foot in doors that don't belong to us.

 @9JWDTYV from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but with equal funds per capita that we would support any other of our allies. What do we get from Israel?

 @9J4BFZW from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

No, our only goal in the region should be to prohibit Iran from developing nuclear capabilities and protect Israel. At this point Israel’s aid should be cut off until they stop committing genocide

 @9DBLHMJ from Virginia  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but only if Israel follows international law and does not commit human rights abuses.

 @9W8BVQX from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

Cut all support until Isreal decides it wants to stop playing dictator and instead build up Palestine as friends and allies instead of being its oppressors.

 @93HK2BV from Virginia  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes but clarify that provision of aid does not mean that a Palestinian state should not exist and in addition to providing aid to both, work to try and find an adequate two party solution in which Jerusalem is made a state in its own right with neither country having any legal claim over it

 @92L56B3 from Virginia  answered…3yrs3Y

palestine should have the support because they are being thrown out of their homes and killed mercilessly

Begin reducing military credit gradually and encourage Israel to develop its own military industrial complex. Encourage diplomatic ties between Israel and Palestine. Allow local funding for Israeli and Palestinian communities to intersect and become acquainted.

 @9CH3Y9KDemocrat from Virginia  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but we should hold the Israeli government accountable for human rights abuses and for violations of international law

 @99JKTR5 from Virginia  answered…2yrs2Y

We should support Israel enough to keep it safe from terrorist attacks while also attempting to eradicate the current government of Palestine. However, I think this should be done in a way that is less of “Israel takes over Palestine” and more of “Israel and Palestine reunify.” In general I think Israel provides more human rights than Palestine, which is why I think it would be better for them to take the lead in a single-state solution. However they should also listen to and address the concerns of people living in the West Bank and try to establish a system that works for everyone. Palestine has a right to exist, but absolutely not in its current form (what with its complicated ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood).

 @mathomas156Libertarian from Virginia  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes. Respect Israel's sovereignty and do not dictate how it should interact with its neighbors.
