We should give full support to Palestine

 @9W2JPZP from California  disagreed…9mos9MO

Hell no. On Oct. 7, 2023, terrorists from Palestine murdered over 1200 Jews, taking even more hostage. It was the largest mass killing of the Jews since the Holocaust. I feel I am more biased because I myself am Israeli, but even if I wasn't, I'd still be on Israel's side. Israel has the right to defend itself and do anything to get the terrorists out and bring the hostages home.

  @Renaldo-MoonGreen  from Pennsylvania  disagreed…9mos9MO

And since then Israel has killed 40,000 innocent Palestinians. They bombed schools, hospitals, water treatment plants, UN aid centers, and cut off all food to Gaza. There is no food or clean water in Gaza and thousands of children are starving to death. They've since taken actions against Lebanon killing thousands of civilians there. They destroyed the main port that food goes into Yeman causing thousands to start starving to death. Israel is committing war crimes on a daily basis and and no one is lifting a finger to stop them.

 @4SDT7HNdisagreed…9mos9MO

What reasoning do you have for this? Why would we support a country that invades a neighboring country and kidnaps its people?

 @8FYWRDHDemocrat from Georgia  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but also respect the plight of the Palestinians.

 @9M7PD4L from New York  commented…1yr1Y

Impossible. You can't fund the murder of Palestinian children and pretend to "respect" their plight as well. That's as worse as hypocrisy gets.

  @jsimicConstitution from Texas  disagreed…10mos10MO

Yes, but respect Israel’s sovereignty and do not dictate how it should interact with its neighbors

Engaged Israel

But you can support the murder of Jewish children and pretend they deserve to live?

BTW, are these Hamas centers conveniently placed in orphanages and schools?

It's almost like Hamas wants Palestinian children dead so Westerners can condemn Israel when Hamas is committing war crimes.

  @Renaldo-MoonGreen  from Pennsylvania  disagreed…9mos9MO

Most of these so called "Hamas centers" were fabricated by Israel as an excuse to attack schools, hospitals, and orphanages. Also all the weapons that were ever found in "Hama's strongholds" all had the IDF's logo embossed on them, meaning either Israel gave them to Hamas or Israel planted evidence.

 @B4NDKJQ from New Jersey  commented…3mos3MO

#3 Engaged Foreign policy

Yet another example of the phenomenon of the most insane conspiracy theories coming from the left seeing the light of day, whereas on the right, they are patently dismissed offhand.

 @9VJZZCGDemocrat from Maryland  answered…9mos9MO

There should be an audit of where money is going, and we should stop aiding them until they stop intentionally targeting civilians in Gaza.

 @9RW4968Democrat from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

Yes, but only after insuring that Israel fully protects human rights in the occupied areas of Palestine.

 @8XLR4JXDemocrat  from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but offensive military aid should be conditioned on Israel’s respect for human rights and international law

 @9GX43Q2Democrat from Tennessee  answered…2yrs2Y

Not until Palestinians have been granted either an independent state or equal civil and political rights within Israel.

 @8WK2J5HDemocrat from Minnesota  answered…4yrs4Y

 @9BM6RXZDemocrat from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but increase pressure on Israel to improve its record on Arab minority rights and adhere to internationally agree borders.

 @9C4MSQH from Alaska  disagreed…2yrs2Y

The Zionst entity is a terrorist cult. We must end all ties and aide to the Zionist entity aka Boycott and Divestment. Furthermore, we must put sanctions on the Zionist entity and put warrants out for all US citizens that normalize the Zionist entity.

 @9D4R3SKDemocrat from Texas  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes but it should be made abundantly clear which side their bread is buttered. They are effectively a client state of the United States as an instrument of our interests in the region and we will not tolerate arbitrary action on their part outside our reasonable acquiescence. Failure to comply with this must be meet with regime change and forceful recalibration.

 @9ZH8S34Democrat from California  answered…8mos8MO

More pressure regarding the humans right situations in Gaza and West Bank, but definitely defend existence of world's only Jewish state

 @9ZFRQTBDemocrat from Texas  answered…8mos8MO

Though I'm not fully educated on this topic, I believe that the US should maybe compromise with Israel ( not really sure how that would look ), and gear towards ending the killings of the palestinian people. I also believe Palestine should receive wayy more money and resources than they have right now.

 @9ZDLHFTDemocrat  from California  answered…8mos8MO

Yes support,however, emphasis should be on cease fire, peace negotiations and getting the hostages released.

 @9YN3GH3Democrat from Utah  answered…8mos8MO

Work toward a 2 state solution and refuse to fund any nation if sufficient evince of war crimes emerges.

 @9YGKXSMDemocrat from California  answered…8mos8MO

Yes, but it should also provide advice regarding the Israel Palestine conflict to end war and to promote peace

 @9YFYYZ2Democrat from Ohio  answered…8mos8MO

We should support Israel for defending themselves. But stop sending weapons and aide to support the genocide/human rights violations.

 @9YDLKYXDemocrat from California  answered…8mos8MO

No, we should require Israel to follow conventional war practice and end any targeting of civilians before providing funding.

 @9YBR4KVDemocrat from Michigan  answered…8mos8MO

There should be limitations based on the Israeli actions in Gaza and the West Bank. The current Israeli government needs to stop its persecution of civilians in Gaza and, if that means withdrawal of aid, so be it.

 @9Y78BHKDemocrat from North Carolina  answered…8mos8MO

Yes, but decrease aid and tax payer dollars on a unfavorable war that doesn't not impact US security and common interest.

 @9XXFHYYDemocrat from Idaho  answered…8mos8MO

Israel is an ally so it is pretty unlikely for the US to be less involved. However, a balanced approach and help for both parties involved would be best.

 @9XVPXMYDemocrat from Kentucky  answered…8mos8MO

I believe we should allow Israel to protect themselves from those who are attacking them (terroristic groups, etc.) and help get out innocent people from Palestine.

 @9XVF6MFDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…8mos8MO

No and yes what Iseral is doing to be there own country is wrong but they do have a right if they want to be a country they just have to do it the right way and right now they are not by murdering innocent people.

 @9XQWLGMDemocrat from New York  answered…8mos8MO

No help the people who need it who have been effected negatively by the war but we should not be giving weapons and aid to the people causing the war.

 @9XP7SWGDemocrat from Georgia  answered…8mos8MO

We should support Israel’s defense but demand that support be tied to non-use of weapons against civilian populations.

 @9XN4LNGDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…8mos8MO

Yes, but the government should set a hard line with Israel to protect civilians and follow international law and norms

 @9XGQP3KDemocrat from South Dakota  answered…8mos8MO

it doesn't matter to the fact that the US is preventing war by supporting them even though they've done wrong.

 @9XGDBRRDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…8mos8MO

Instead of providing military funding, we should give civilian support to both Palestine and Israel.

 @9X9RK9RDemocrat from Illinois  answered…8mos8MO

Not only should the U.S pull out and stop aiding israel they should forcefully end the conflict that israel is continuing to start. We sold and gave them their equipment. We can take it back.

 @9X8MF7GDemocrat from Connecticut  answered…8mos8MO

I say that they should fund them. BUT not as much as they’re because it’s causing more destruction and death that it should

 @9X48PXBDemocrat from New York  answered…8mos8MO

I think completely cutting off israel is dangerous knowing what they are capable of. They have been our allies for a long time, but they have created unspeakable horror to the people of Gaza. Even if they are our allies, we need to tell them to relax for the sake of humanity.

 @9WZPNS3Democrat from Missouri  answered…8mos8MO

Yes, but threaten to cut all aid and support to Israel for the war to end and a two-state solution is done.

 @9WZN7RWDemocrat from California  answered…8mos8MO

Require Israel to negotiate a peace with Palestine and require Israel to agree to a two state solution. Require Palestine to hold free and fair elections for leadership and denounce Hamas and terrorism as a method to establish two state solution. Require Israel to allow Palestine its territory and Israel should pay reparations to Palestine for the destruction caused - a reconstruction period.

 @9WW7QXBDemocrat from Alabama  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but decrease military support. Continue to supply relief aid and share intelligence information.

 @9WVFYZNDemocrat from Minnesota  answered…9mos9MO

I don't have enough information on this topic, but from what I have seen they are exterminating people in the gaza strip.

 @9WSNK9PDemocrat from California  answered…9mos9MO

We should continue to support them as ally's, but we should impose stricter arms restrictions on them so as to end the war.

 @9WS8285Democratanswered…9mos9MO

Support citizens, and Israel if they don't massacre or purposely target citizens, and make them descalate.

 @9WPX425Democrat  from Michigan  answered…9mos9MO

The government should not ethically be supporting Israel, but they are one of our allies and just cutting all support and aid will result in a conflict with Israel.

 @9WP59KRDemocrat from Wisconsin  answered…9mos9MO

I don’t care. All the GOD, GUNS , and GLORY LIL TRUMPKINS MOST LIKELY SAY NO EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM TO BE GOOD LITTLE CHRISTIANS!

 @9WNF8FWDemocrat from Colorado  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but it should hold Israel accountable to the same human rights violation standards that it holds all other foreign aid to

 @9WN62D3Democrat from Georgia  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, for delicate economic reasons we should continue aid to Israel, but we should push for the protection and aid of innocent Palestinian citizens. At most, we could threaten to take away aid for Israel with the backup of our allies.

 @9WLFP8QDemocrat from California  answered…9mos9MO

The government of Israel is the definition of a terrorist nation. They have conveniently forgotten their past and are destroying a nation. We can support them but establish firm guidelines

 @9WLCTF3Democrat  from Minnesota  answered…9mos9MO

Yes but have stipulations so their leader is not committing war crimes. And making sure the people of Palestine are protected and get the hostages back. US should help negotiate a 2 state solution and help Palestine have good leadership not terrorist groups

 @9WJF4LKDemocrat from Texas  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but support Israel enough only to prevent tension or war from happening between the U.S. and Israel, not more to the point of giving Israel power to oppress other smaller countries

 @9WJ5QG4Democrat from California  answered…9mos9MO

I think the main thing that the U.S. should be doing is trying to stop the war altogether. But I do think Palestine has undergone much more destruction and we should be funding them.

 @9WHTPBNDemocrat from North Carolina  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but military aid should be conditioned on Israeli respect for human rights and international law.

 @9WHMPXYDemocrat from Virginia  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but in limited capacity, only in so far as to ensure they can continue to exist and protect itself. We should hold them accountable for consequences of their military actions like excessive civilian casualties and regional escalation. We should not support their ground invasion of Lebanon or a large scale attack against Iran that would escalate conflict in the Middle East. We should also push for the respect of the rights of Palestinians and the eventual establishment of a democratic state in a two-state solution.

 @9WHCCK4Democrat from Tennessee  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but we should put restricts in place to protect Palestinian civilians from being killed and use our influence to hold Israel accountable for its actions.

 @9WG9XV8Democrat from Pennsylvania  answered…9mos9MO

We should support Israel and leverage our support to influence Israeli decision making in the region to be conducive to ours and our allies shared interests.

 @9WFWD77Democrat from Colorado  answered…9mos9MO

All Aid and Support should be contingent on Israel meeting human rights requirements, allowing UN Peacekeepers and periodic inspections to ensure Israel is not committing human rights violations or crimes.

 @9WFV95ZDemocrat from Rhode Island  answered…9mos9MO

we should support both country's rights to sovereignty while also recognizing the terrors brought to both country's

 @9WFMFGVDemocrat from Texas  answered…9mos9MO

No because then we are at more risk for attack. So maybe help them less and keep it secret and more quiet.

 @9WF2SY6Working Family from Washington  answered…9mos9MO

We should not help Israel anymore because it is a waste of our tax money and they already earned millions for the war for supplies but they are still losing every day and keep getting attacks on attacks. In my opinion they should have been given up because now we have to money laundering and it just affects the U.S. more because we have inflation and they just send peoples hard earn money for free to another country that will not win I hate myself for saying that but it is the truth and people do not see it clearly.

 @9VRMJPYfrom Montana  answered…9mos9MO

No, more support needs to be given to Palestine and we should stop funding and supplying weapons. We should also be demanding Israel stop their slaughter and apply appropriate pressure.

 @9VNPRGXDemocrat from Illinois  answered…9mos9MO

At the current point in time, no, as Netanyahu is abusing his power and committing war crimes. However, we should not just abandon our longtime allies.

 @9VHYMZTDemocrat from Indiana  answered…9mos9MO

The United States should respect Israel's right to defend itself but heavily pursue a ceasefire and two-state solution.

 @9VGFJG3Democrat from Delaware  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, we must support the people of Israel, but hold their government leaders accountable for genocide.

 @9VFT5FPDemocrat from Missouri  answered…9mos9MO

We should not be funding the Genocide of Palestine. We should aid in locating and removing terrorist groups, but not in the blind strike killing of civilians. The U.S. should remove funding and aid from Israel until it reforms its tactics.

 @9VDZ87VDemocrat from New Jersey  answered…9mos9MO

We should use our leverage to push Israel to stop violating human rights, even as we recognize it has the right to defend itself. We need to help Gaza and Palestine be free also.

 @9VDMJWVDemocrat from Texas  answered…9mos9MO

Declare war on Israel, and cut all aid and support, as they are attacking many countries and others are catching strays from the conflicts.

 @9TRYNCXfrom New York  answered…10mos10MO

Support should be limited to humanitarian ONLY. All lethal aid should be withheld on the grounds that it is used to violate human rights.

 @9TMYCRFDemocrat from Maryland  answered…10mos10MO

Again I do not know enough about this issue to make an educated opinion. However with how divided our country is about this conflict we should probably not be spending of the tax payers dollars on this conflict.

 @9TDD4X2Democrat from New York  answered…10mos10MO

Israel should have the right to exist and defend itself but not to cause violence to other countries and peoples.

 @9SBWDM8Democrat from Virginia  answered…11mos11MO

Fund Israel and Palestine equally but contingent on reducing apartheid and supporting a two state solution.

 @9SBBYQPJustice party member from Florida  answered…11mos11MO

No, we should look for a different solution to this issue as it doesn't get resolved by wars. We know this because of past wars defending Israel.

 @9S8CKK4Democrat from Louisiana  answered…11mos11MO

Support them enough to where Israel is still happy with us but not enough to anger the other places that hate Israel.

 @9S8GYNTDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…11mos11MO

We need to stop supporting this administration and it's handling of Palestine, but overall wanting to keep positive relations.

 @9S7Q9BRDemocrat from Virginia  answered…11mos11MO

We should continue to support Israel, but with limitations. They are justified to fight their war with Hamas. They are not, however, fighting it justly. I would support cutting back support until they resort to more just means. Furthermore, we should support the creation of a Palestinian state, and support its harmony with Israel and other states in the region.

 @9S7LP54Democrat from New Hampshire  answered…11mos11MO

yes but that does not mean we need to provide weapons for military actions that involve human rights violations

 @9S6K85WDemocrat from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

No Palestinians should be collateral. Isreal has the right to defend themselves against Hamas, but they do not have the right to kill innocent civilians.

 @9RW4JYLDemocrat from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

Yes. However, we should be much more selective with how we support them. We should not help them continue to bomb Gaza and drive out Palestinian civilians. Sadly, I believe the US government is complicit in a genocide of Palestinian people, perpetrated by politicians from the Israeli far-right, who have destroyed Israel's democracy.

 @9RR8727Democrat from Texas  answered…11mos11MO

Conditional support on the basis of respect for human rights and dignity of all residents, including Palestinians, and Not the current administration.

 @9RQQKT6Democrat from Virginia  answered…11mos11MO

Cut all aid as they are committing war crimes. Consider reestablishing aid post war & with a government not run by Bibi and his ilk. Increase aid for Palestinians.

 @9RCHZJTDemocrat from California  answered…12mos12MO

We should support Israel's right to defend itself, while demanding that they remove settlements in the West Bank.

 @9R3ZTWVDemocrat from Indiana  answered…12mos12MO

Not for the Netanyahu administration. Until there is a change in leadership that respects the lives of Palestinian citizens

 @9PXSQXBDemocrat from Missouri  answered…1yr1Y

we need to chill. yes we need to help but instead of fixing the government and leaving them with no aid is dumb. we need to have people’s who’s jobs it is to help reset up governments and things

 @9PL2N6KDemocrat from Kansas  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but do not renew financial assistance once it has expired and pursue a mutual defense treaty instead

 @8XLR4JXDemocrat  from North Carolina  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but military aid should be conditioned on Israel’s respect for human rights and international law

 @77ZS6KZDemocrat  from New York  answered…1yr1Y

We should support good governance in both Israel and Palestine, encourage democracy, and build a union, similar to the EU, allowing for both countries to have their identity. that allows for the return of Palestinians while fostering a unified identity in the Levant. It is essential to create quality institutions and rehabilitation programs. Sanctions should be imposed on those illegally settling in the West Bank and Gaza. Additionally, we should promote the development of Gaza and the West Bank to improve living conditions for their residents.

 @RobinHoudeSocialist from Georgia  answered…1yr1Y

No, we should withhold military aid as long as Israel continues committing human rights violations, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and genocide

 @9MWCRCHDemocratfrom Guam  answered…1yr1Y

Support their existence but we should temporarily stop giving them military and financial aid until they stop the current war and promise they won't restart it when they can

 @9M5YCMWDemocrat from New Jersey  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, We should continue to support Israel, but we should try to help end the war and achieve a lasting solution to the conflict.

 @9LBR6F4Democrat from New York  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but make military assistance contingent on good-faith negotiations towards a two-state solution

 @9KS7J8XDemocrat from Colorado  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but we should decrease support and stop sending offensive weapon systems to Israel until the humanitarian crisis has been solved and a durable peace with Palestine has been reached.

 @9KCGGMJDemocrat  from Maryland  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but it should be limited. We should call out their war crimes and be more involved with peace talks

 @9JL7LYCDemocrat from Florida  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but with reasonable support and the expectation of upholding human rights and decency even in the face of war

 @9JF7ZH5Democrat from Delaware  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, but not the current administration; aid should be conditioned for the current administration to be replaced

 @9JC85RCDemocrat from Iowa  answered…1yr1Y

Aid needs to continue but should be tied to Netenyahu permanently leaving the government and a new coalition government being formed

 @9J5JLQSDemocrat from Florida  answered…1yr1Y

No, and the United States should pay reparations to the thousands of displaced Palestinians, and surviving members of families that have faced loss due to Israel’s attacks that the United States has funded inexcusably. As we are aiding and abetting a genocide on the Palestinian people.

 @9HV3SG4Democrat from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

Support for Isreal should be given by what they do, If they do something bad, we should not support them

 @9HTF9BPDemocrat from New York  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but that support should come with conditions, such as Israel observing proper rules of combat and not targeting civilians.

 @9HQRCTWDemocrat from Nevada  answered…2yrs2Y

No, and heavily reduce all support and aid to all countries that are actively committing human rights violations or war crimes

 @9HNQDWPDemocrat from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

Only if they respect Palestinian sovereignty and work to provide solutions that benefit both parties, not just Israeli interests.
