I agree with this comment. It specifically says in the Constitution only legalized US citizens can vote and we should uphold the Constitution and the law.

I agree, people moving to a different country should be required to take a citizenship test and basic history of the country before they are allowed to vote on choices that change the country.

I sort of agree, but I don't think it is about education when I say they need to be a citizen before they can vote. Foreigners need to be a citizen before they vote.

I think that they should take a citizenship test and be neutralize. however who are we to judge based on intelligence when average American that have the right to vote probably have like or equal intelligence.

Many people who are citizens of the U.S. are dumb but still voted and no one cares because they are "American"

As long as a person has gained citizenship legally they should be able to vote regardless of their level of education.

the average person in the world should be expected to be educated, especially foreigners because compared to them, Americans are the stupidest people on earth, and that's no exaggeration either.
