The European Union must rethink its relations with Israel as the death toll mounts in Gaza and the West Bank and impose sanctions on some Israeli government ministers accused of fomenting racial hatred, Ireland and the bloc’s top diplomat said Thursday.
At a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels, Ireland’s foreign minister accused Israel of deliberately targeting civilians as well as Hamas militants with the military campaign it launched almost 11 months ago.
“This is a war against Palestinians not just against Hamas. The level of civilian casualties and dead is unconscionable,” Micheal Martin told reporters. “It’s a war on the population. No point in trying to fudge this.”
Israel’s offensive in Gaza has killed over 40,000 people, according to local health officials, displaced 90% of the population and destroyed its main cities. Hamas has lost thousands of fighters and much of its militant infrastructure.

Good. I expect all other sensible and peace loving countries will follow, till only Israel and the US are left.

Israel is also working on making a financial crisis worse on the West Bank. Their right-wing Finance Minister announced today they will not transfer tax revenues Israel collects tax on behalf of the Palestinians to the Palestinian Authority.
It is a blatant attempt to make life as miserable as possible for the Palestinians as punishment for this recognition by Norway, Ireland, and Spain.

The U.S. has traditionally been late to probity. Nazi Germany and Apartheid South Africa are good examples. We talk a good-game about being beacons of democracy and human rights but in reality we ain't.

I won't take sides in this ongoing fight where both sides have no intention of ever embracing peace with each other. These two groups have had over 70 years to find peace and learn to live together. Both sides are 100% WRONG.
All the peace talks and protests in the world will not stop these two from killing each other. They choose hate over peace. They prefer to see the blood of their children all around them on the ground instead of learning to live together.

Trump and his people are already meeting with envoys of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss how to act now and how to elect Trump for greater Israel power and authority. This has been in the news.
The discussions are around more, and more extreme arms for Israel, for utterly destroying Gaza, closing and destroying the pier the US made for aid, working with Russia to empower Israel, and far more support for Netanyahu, potentially having Trump make threats and tampering in Israel's' elections.
Netanyahu has come to love Trump, and hate Biden. Israel renamed streets and areas after Trump and other flattering moves. I expect Netanyahu to try to tamper with our elections, and do full endorsement of Trump to further galvanize US christians who may be wavering.
