If the alleged perpetrators isn’t dead, that person better not be arrested or prosecuted! I mean if perps who commit crimes against us peons get to walk free, so should this person.

Also, yet another example of how out of control the cities are. Criminals are increasingly bold. This isn’t the 1st case of secret service ending up as accidental targets for violent street crime.
