All the voters say the economy is terrible, they can’t afford food or medicine, and that Trump will be better on the economy.

In the follow up, the reported tells Steve Inskeep that people are desperate and are talking like it’s 1934. Inskeep says “I know we have to listen to these people, but how much of their feelings about the economy is due to them being deceived by misinformation?”

They're reclassifying reality as misinformation. "What you experience day-to-day is a lie." How very 1984 of them.

Deceived by misinformation?

Are my banks lying about about how much money I have in my accounts?

Are bills just suggested amounts owed?

The sticker price of food, etc, is that just a suggestion?

Is my landlord lying about how much my rent is even tho that’s what I agreed to?

These people look at their bank accounts and see negative balances and talking heads are telling them it’s misinformation haha. We are reaching levels of gaslighting I never thought possible.

This week's notice that my Mastercard APR is increasing from 13.5% to 16.0% is misinformation.

How would the presence of 'double disapprovers' in swing states influence your decision if you were running for president?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Should political parties change their strategies to win over 'double disapprovers', and if so, how?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

If you found yourself to be a 'double disapprover', how would you approach voting in the presidential election?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How might the priorities of 'double disapprovers' differ from those of loyalists to either major party?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Do you think the rise of 'double disapprovers' reflects a broader problem with the two-party system in the U.S.?
