This *should* hasten exits from the EU. I thought the EU was going to standardize measurements and even coinage. Isn't it time to reign the experiment in or even cancel it before it becomes even more powerful? Ever watch Star Wars??

Isn't Europe named in the Greek tradition of giving geophysical things female names? Better change the name of the continent to a non-gendered version?

Honestly I’m with you on this, but it’s of extremely little priority or expenditure by the EU. It’s just a random report from one of their lower-level organizations, it affects nothing at all, and most of its attention came from the backlash.
