I'm concerned about reports of why US is even selling white phosphorous bombs to other nations.

Will these US military suppliers of weapons being used against civilians EVER be "concerned" enough to be anything more than "concerned", .. I'm asking for some innocent Palestinian children..

 @ImpeachmentCowGreen from Kansas commented…5mos5MO

While Israel burns and dismembers Arabs in Palestine and Lebanon, the US continues the war machine’s endless supply of munitions to Israel, while ‘asking questions’.

Does the US really think the people of the Middle East and the global south don’t see through their blood-stained hypocrisy and feigning of concern?

Child deaths in wars:

Iraq: 3,100 in 14 years

Syria: 12,000 in 11 years

Yemen: 3,700 in 7 years

Ukraine: 520 in 21 months

Palestine: 10,000+ in 2 months.

Does the world condemn the killing of children or is it only some children?

Why would they use illumination munitions in a territory they are not present in on the ground. Doesn’t make sense. So far nearly all the white phosphorus claims from Lebanon and Gaza from HRW and others have been debunked.

This article clearly states that this is a smoke munition.

Amnesty is once again conflating smoke rounds with firebombing innocent villagers.81341.1K

I believe that Israel should not be given special treatment in regards to war crimes. They must obey the rules along with everyone else otherwise there will arise tyranny.

I think that the United States needs to do all they can to protect Israel.

There are completely legitimate uses for White Phosphorous rounds on the battlefield, as a smoke generator to conceal movement from the enemy or to mark a target for artillery or air strikes.

When people say WP rounds harm people, I usually say, "Well, so do high explosives"

 @ISIDEWITHasked…5mos5MO

Can the use of such controversial weapons ever be morally defended, and where do you personally draw the line?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…5mos5MO

Do you believe there are ever justifiable reasons for using potentially harmful substances in conflicts, even if civilians may be harmed?
